LeeAnn’s Delicious Homemade Chili
2 lbs. Ground Meat of Choice (venison, hamburger, turkey, chicken, other wild game, etc.)
2 Quart Jars (64 oz.) of Home-Canned Tomatoes, in their own juice (do not drain)
2 (15.5 oz.) Cans of Chili Beans in Sauce (do not drain)
1 (15.5 oz.) Can of Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15.5 oz.) Can of Black Beans, drained & rinsed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
1 t. Salt
1 t. Ground Black Pepper
1 T. Garlic Powder
3 T. Chili Powder
3-4 T. Oil (for sauteeing vegetables)

*Feel free to use store-bought canned tomatoes (equivalent quantity) if you don’t can them yourself.
