Here I make a big cleaver chopper knife thing. Basically I want it for chopping wood and it is just a down and dirty expedient tool. I use an angle grinder for a lot of the work and should have for more of it. It is made out of mild steel and I am keen to see how it holds up. There were many 1000's of years where humans didn't even have steel tools and they got by. So I thought let's see how it performs.
In this video I profile the blade and bevel it.
