Let's revise one of first points we discussed. How you design your room depends on how well you are able to balance 3 important aspects.
Aesthetics
Functionality
Economics
Let us talk about first 2 aspects.
Animal Planet shows that beautiful Giraffe running around, have you ever thought how long neck it has. That is a very long neck. It serves purpose. It helps them reach tall plants for food. It solves important functionality of finding food. But what about Aesthetics (look and feel) ? Does it look good. Of-course giraffes look beautiful but it is not common among other animals to have such a long neck.
Proportion is very important.
You cannot have a very huge bedroom with a bed in center. it will look like Warehouse or a theater stage. At the same time you cannot have a luxurious huge bed with big 5 feet high headboard inside small tiny bedroom. Nah!!!
Proportion is very important. I promised not to use those 3 words and sound stupid but I am saying it anyways...Size does matter!
