Each morning we start by getting the driveway ready for customer drop-offs - we call it the driveway service.

When you arrive at Sunbury Ford, our team will meet you on the driveway and start the vehicle check-in, verifying your details and what you are booked in for.

Once your digital check-in has been completed, our technicians perform some preliminary checks.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with world-class technology, the first of its kind in the country.

It completes a wheel alignment check, tyre tread depth check, measures the stopping distance of the vehicle, and takes 40+ HD photos ALL in under 10 seconds!!!

To ensure transparency, we assess and record your vehicle's condition on a Vehicle Report Card, which gives you a detailed breakdown of the interior, lights, windshield, fluid levels, belts, hoses & mounts, battery, brakes, suspension, transmission, and exhaust. It uses a traffic light system to indicate the severity of the repair required. Green means the components of the vehicle are in good condition and safe, yellow means that it may need attention soon, and red meaning the component requires immediate attention. This helps you plan your vehicle maintenance and saves you and your loved ones from getting nasty surprises while you’re on the road.

Each service at Sunbury Ford includes a complimentary wheel alignment check, Wiper test, battery test, and complimentary loan car. While booking the service, you could either book one of our 35+ loan cars and get back on the road OR enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee and some fresh fruits in our waiting lounge.
