Replacement of the Honda CRV front suspension Strut, Lower Ball Joint and Control Arm and the Sway Bar / Stabilizer Bar link. Required Special Tools: 1. Standard Ball Joint Press 2. Honda specific lower Ball Joint Press adapters 3. 36 mm CV axle shaft nut socket 4. Large metal punch (nice to have to hammer the CV axle shaft through the wheel hub to prevent damaging the CV axle threads) 5. Mechanical, air or electric impact driver with a Phillips head attachment to remove the brake rotor screws.

I have found from prior work performed on Honda vehicles (as well as complaints from customers after struts were replaced) that the replacement of the Lower Control Arm, Ball Joint and Sway Bar links should accompany a suspension strut replacement since they all seem to wear out together.
