"What's Happening!!" was a popular American sitcom that aired from 1976 to 1979 on ABC. It followed the lives of three teenage friends in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles. The show was loosely based on the film "Cooley High" and became quite popular during its run. Later, from 1985 to 1988, a sequel series titled "What's Happening Now!!" aired in syndication, featuring many of the original cast members reprising their roles.
