Chianti Classico is red wine from Italian wine region Tuscany. It seems that Chianti Classico is embracing the diversity of their terroir, as well as the mightiness of the Sangiovese grape variety, and with increasing quality of these wines and awareness of the “brand”, they surely will become more expensive. Yet, I still consider these wines a great bargain (for now), and here are my list of 5 truly great Chianti Classico wines, all under 25 euros (or 25 dollars).
