Check out this roof! The nails on the shingles are way too high, causing the shingles to slowly slip down the roof. More trouble--the roof boots around the B vent are rubber Haha that's a first.

I emailed my insurance agent to get his opinion if this would be covered. I currently have 4 roofs that could use to be replaced.
