In our first how to video James shows how to properly glue a set of 1/10th scale RC Car tires. WARNING: Use EXTREME CAUTION when using any cyanoacrylate adhesives (C/A Tire glue) as it glues skin and eyelids instantly! Safety First!

The technique shown in this video is best suited to very thin C/A Tire Glue. For using thicker glue, check out this video from Horizon Hobbies that shows the use of their Losi Brand Glue.    • HorizonRC.Com How-To: Glue Your Tires...  .

Proper gluing techniques are very important so that your tires don't part company in the middle of the race and leave you in last place. Tire foam inserts are also very important and the AKA moulded closed foam seem to be about the best we've found for consistency and firmness. They also seem to fill the cavity the best. James also shows the method of trimming open foam inserts like the pro-line brand. Some people prefer the open foam inserts and as long as they are trimmed and glued consistently you may find they work just fine for you.
