From Hanmer Springs in New Zealand I took the D90 for a trip up Jollies Pass into the Molesworth to have a go at some approach and departure angles. Due to the long wheel base the the runner boards, the ramp-over angle is not that great but the more I play the more I will understand the vehicles ability and limitations so I can confidently take the family on some 4WD excursions in the future. Unfortunately I will be needing a new front bash plate after taking some off on a rock.
