It's been a while since the last video and an even greater while since the last talk sh** mondays, but here we are. Haven't felt like making any videos probably because my new job is incredibly demanding and is siphoning all creative energy I have. Other than that, I've just been kinda enjoying doing my DIY projects only for myself.

Anywho - so home theater systems are super cool and all, but I feel like you need to have a PhD just to figure out what it takes to get one going. Between all the jargon, misinfo, stupid marketing, and actual DIY you have to do -- it's a bear of a project if you're going in with no experience. I'll probably do a follow up video when I'm completely finished setting everything up to my liking. But we're talking HDMI, wire gauges, how to install it all cleanly, lens shift, zoom, short throw, 1080p, 4K, 16:9 ratio, screens, ALR, A/V receiver, Dolby Atmos, 5.1 surround, etc etc etc.
