Andrew Cuomo stepping down after a shocking report out of New York State Attorney General Leticia James' office on sexual harassment by the governor. Many Democrats were in disbelief over the newest twist in this story as Cuomo had been adamant that he would not resign from office and that he was the victim of a media smear campaign.
