Insulated Window Covers are a MUST HAVE for any van lifer looking for privacy and an extra layer of protection over your exposed windows. We got our hands on a cockpit set for a Mercedes Sprinter from Adventure Van Co. and gave it a review.

Anyone who owns a camper van understands that uncovered windows let in light and let out warmth something that isn’t ideal when you’re living part or full-time in your van. When on the road you want window covers that are fast to put up, completely block out ALL light and made to last. Storage isn’t a problem because they roll up tightly and can be stored behind the driver’s seat when not in use. They also fit in my headliner shelf too since they are compact and bendable.

Product Details:
On one side of the windshield window cover is a reflective material which won’t absorb the heat and reflect the sun while the other side is a charcoal color material keeping everything dark and cool. Inside the window cover is a special insulation layer which maintains the van's interior temps. Sewn in are super strong magnets which makes it easy to put on window and keeps a tight fit, so it’s completely blacked out. Adventure van co offers the cockpit set that comes with 3 pieces; one windshield and 2 cab doors but also has the slider door, back windows and cover for the fan vent too.
