Seriously, the basic upgrade probably takes about 3 hours, which isn't bad going from scratch. If you have marlin experience already then you might even get it down to an hour and half. Well worth doing.

I promised a link to the crimping tool but I can't find a reliable source, the ones I use are the "engineer PA-09" but also if you can find "iwiss" branded ones then bigclive swears by those and they are cheaper (amazon sku code B08BCFQCW3).
