Shri Gurvinder Singh is a passionate social worker from Sirsa serving society while being wheelchair bound himself.

He has been awarded Padma Shri for his contributions to the field of Social Work. He has been working for providing wide ranging humanitarian services to the homeless and destitute children, women and old people including Divyangjan.
