This video is part of my ongoing series to help diagnose & fix a range of 3D printing issues to help my 3DTomorrow Filament customers to get the best possible prints. Of course, if you use another filament brand (you should switch), this video should still be very helpful for you.

In this video, I work through my process for identifying and fixing the causes of serious under extrusion. Generally speaking, under extrusion this severe will be caused by a hardware issue. In a follow-up video I will focus on print settings & address some of the slicers tweaks that can help to improve more mild under-extrusion. You can also check out my previous video where I show a more technical approach to calculating the max flow rate of your system.
