Apple CarPlay is one of the newest features for keeping you safely connected while driving. It connects your phone to your vehicle and allows apps with Apple CarPlay capabilities to be seen on your screen while connected.

So how do you set it up?
Step 1:
On your iPhone, locate the Siri settings - Settings / Siri & Search. Then turn on "Allow Siri When Locked" and "Press Side Button for Siri."

Step 2:
Locate one of the USB ports on the center console of your vehicle and plug in a data certified* lightning cable. Unlock your phone and connect it to the lightning cable.

*Data certified means the lightning cable is capable of transferring data as well as charging the phone. All Apple Lightning cables are data certified, however some cheap off brand cables may not be.

Step 3:
A pop-up will appear asking you to Deny or Allow Apple CarPlay. Select 'Allow."

Enjoy Apple CarPlay!
