This Tafsir Dars was delivered to the Oxford University Islamic Society by Sh Riyad Nadwi on 30th of November 2023. Sh Riyad Nadwi is a classically trained Islamic scholar (‘alim), who also holds a doctorate in cognitive science. In this new Tafsir series he draws on both areas of his expertise to ponder meanings and guidance in the Quran with a view to enhancing pious cognition and righteous conduct. Starting at the beginning (Surah Al-Fatiha) the series will progress sequentially through the chapters of the Quran.
