For most Americans, the best way to deal with Donald Trump is to ignore him, starve him of the attention he craves. But after watching a recent two-hour Trump rally speech, Susan Glasser, staff writer for The New Yorker, cautions that ignoring Trump gives him the benefit of people not noticing that he is darker, more deranged and more diminished than ever.
