Today's dining adventure takes us to Hartford, CT and to Fire By Forge on Broad Street. They've recently acquired a pretty fantastic new executive chef by the name of Chef Van Hurd. If that name rings a bell then you may have seen him on Seasons 6 and 17 of Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen! It was an honor to dine here and he even makes an appearance! This place was hoppin' and for good reason. Check this place out if you're in the area and be sure to make some reservations!
