First, who is it that you're looking for? What kind of traits do they possess?

Second, what sort of environment do they want to work in?

Third, what sort of leader do they want to work for?

Fourth, you need to become the person and the business that your next A player would want to work for.

And last, advertise. It’s a relationship, so it needs to be a match.
