Hey Guy’s! Welcome back to my channel.
In today’s video I’m going to make a delicious Corn Casserole.
This recipe and those similar to it has been all over social media for a while now. It looked so good that I thought I’d give it a try too.
We love corn and with Easter Sunday right around the corner I thought that it’s the perfect time to try it.
I hope y’all will give it a try too.

Corn Casserole:
1, 8.5 Ounce Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 Stick Melted Butter
2 Large Eggs
2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided into 1 cup each
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 Can Creamed Corn
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1, 4 Ounce Can Chopped Green Chilis, do not drain

Mix all of the ingredients together well and pour into a greased 9X13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
