🍔 RECIPE & INGREDIENTS 🍔

400g raw, peeled prawns
100g corn flour
100g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
250ml ginger beer
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp Mayo
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chives
300 ml cooking oil

1) Begin by inspecting the prawns, running your knife along the back to ensure they are cleaned.
2) In a bowl, combine the plain flour, corn flour, baking powder, paprika and salt and whisk to combine.
3) Add in the ginger beer, whisking bit by bit, until a pancake like batter is achieved
4) Toss the prawns into the batter and coat well.
5) In a wok or saucepan, heat up the oil on a medium low heat and add in the prawns one by one.
6) While the prawns are cooking, combine the sriracha, honey and Mayo in a bowl, and finely chop the chives.
7) Toss the cooked prawns into the sauce and serve with a sprinkling of chives
