Ingredients:
* Chicken Breast. Boneless. Skinless.
* Brioche Buns
* Butter
* Buttermilk. (If you can’t buttermilk, mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice inside 1 cup of milk and let it sit for 1 hour)
* Flour
* Garlic Powder
* Cajun Seasoning
* Onion Powder
* Black Pepper
* Cayenne Pepper
* Sandwich toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)
SWEET HEAT SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

* Hot Sauce
* Honey
* Mayo
* Smoked Paprika

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cover your chicken breast with buttermilk and 2 TSP of Hot Sauce either in a bowl then cover, or in a closed ziplock bag.
2. Refrigerate and Let your chicken marinate in this buttermilk mixture for about 4 hours, OR overnight. This allows the breading to stick and create a crispier crust.
3. Right before removing chicken from fridge, let’s make our breading. Mix flour, and seasonings well.
4. Preheat your oil on your stove to prepare to fry your chicken.
5. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in the flour seasonings mix.
6. Once oil is hot enough, drop your chicken and fry for about 6-7 minutes on each side. Be sure to flip to ensure chicken breasts are not burning.
7. Remove chicken from grease, and place on paper towel.
8. To create your special sweet heat sauce.... Combine Honey, hot sauce, mayo, and smoked paprika.
9. Now toast your brioche buns, and coat with butter.
10. Build your sandwich however you would like. Bun, lettuce, chicken breast, pickles, sauce, then bun. ENJOY!
