This week we're putting my Fitbit to the test. I tried different home workouts to see which one burns the most calories. How many calories does kickboxing burn? How many calories does yoga burn? How many calories does HIIT burn? How many calories does pilates burn? How many calories does boxing burn? We're going to find out.

Basically I tried home workouts and this is what happened.

This is meant to be a fun experiment, not an exact science. Fitbits (or any calorie counter) aren't ever entirely accurate.
