Course level 301 - How do you effect positive, measurable change for your community members? Using annual survey feedback, we focused on some key areas for improvements, building out projects and programs to make a difference. We used some key metrics as well to focus behavior. The results? In our 2020 survey, our NPS increased by 2.5x and open feedback specifically mentioned our efforts.
