As Tesla gets closer to the day when it will be included in to the S&P 500 the stock has been steadily moving up. Tesla stock is up 670% this year. In an attempt to profit from its 600 Billion dollar market cap Tesla has filed for a second 5 Billion Dollar Capital Raise. It is still unclear as to weather or not Tesla has sold any of the shares from last Septembers capital raise. If not, then Tesla will have $10 Billion dollars worth of shares to sell while Tesla is being included in the S&P 500. I discuss this and much more. I also give my recommendation as if and when I would buy or sell Tesla stock.
