This is the most powerful Iron Man suit ever made. In Invincible Iron Man, Feilong sends the adamantium claws of Orchis, an assassin created from Wolverine's skeleton, to kill Tony Stark. Tony can't summon his new suit because it hasn't been neurally linked yet. Emma Frost steps in and attempts to fend off the adamantium sentinel long enough for Tony to get his armor.

Just as the assassin was about to finish Emma, Iron Man appears in his new Mark 72 suit. The suit is made of mysterium, a material that is not found on Earth and is stronger than adamantium. As the Wolverine robot strikes Iron Man, his claws bend. Tony then easily crushes the sentinel's skull. As he and Emma make their way outside they are confronted by a Stark Sentinel but they team-up and blast its head clean off.

Tony then travels to the outback with the armada Iron heart built in space, along with the help of the dwarves that built Thor's hammer. Feilong then climbs inside of his war machine sentinel, the most dangerous armor on earth, and sends all of his Stark Sentinels to attack Iron Man. Iron Man's new suit then transforms and combines with the mysterium ships. Revealing his most powerful armor ever, the sentinel buster.
