The judge overseeing the 2020 election interference case will soon decide if Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and members of her staff can be questioned under oath about alleged misconduct.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee will hear arguments today on motions by the district attorney's office, special prosecutor Nathan Wade, and a former DA's office employee to block subpoenas ahead of a hearing later this week on motions to have Willis disqualified from the case. Today's proceedings are set to start at 2 p.m.
