This xbox one S model number 1681 turns on for 1 second then immediately turns off. Normally this is an issue with the mother board.

Things to check.
1. Continuity between 12 Volt power connector
2. If there is a short check the mosfets
3. Replace any broken mosfets
4. Inject voltage on the coils to determine if there is a short.
