April 22, 2024 marks 13 years since Eugene Police Officer Chris Kilcullen was killed in the line of duty.

Back on this day in 2011, Officer Kilcullen was shot and killed while conducting a traffic stop with a reckless driver on I-105 and 52nd Street in Springfield.
