My name is Ben White. I'm a co-founder of Hair Transplant. We're a startup out of Boston, Massachusetts. We work with accredited doctors and clinics in Turkey to help our North American customers get really high-quality hair transplants overseas. So about six months ago, my brother Tucker and I started to discuss this business concept. He had recently gotten a hair transplant in Turkey. He was seeing a lot of the results, the benefits, and definitely saw the cost savings. And we started to discuss the potential risks, the communication gaps, and the worries that others in his position might have. There are so many people who want to keep their hair but really can't afford the prices. So, when we started discussing our business principles, everyone knows you need a solid foundation. And for our customers, what that means is being credible, trustworthy, and aware, and having their best interest in mind. So, Medical Tourism Business is really where we started. We both passed the online Medical Tourism Certification Course, which gives you a really high-level overview and understanding of the business concepts, the industry, the legalities, and the risk factors. From there, the contracts were a great start to help shift our focus to what keeps our customers, our business, and our customers' information safe and their data protected. And lastly, and this is most important for us, we met with Gilliam Elliott earlier this month to get 1 on 1 consulting for our business. This is really where we benefit; memberships come with 20 hours of consulting, and for a startup getting off the ground, going in the right direction can sometimes be unclear. We wanted to be helped. We wanted to make the right choices. We wanted to make the right investments and hopefully avoid pitfalls on the way.
