I wanted to put together a video that discusses Ford's very controversial F-150 "Class IV Receiver Hitch" Package (53B).

This package has been long debated and I have poured through Ford's yearly F-150 Brochures (2015-2023), Ford's Yearly F-150 Order Guides (2015-2023), and Ford's Yearly Towing Guides (2015-2023).

I created a chart that summarizes this data, but this is NOT an official document, and you need to verify the information yourself for YOUR truck, and YOUR truck's ratings. Your axles, GVWR, GCVWR, Payload, front area restrictions, etc ALL factor into what YOU can tow. I accept NO responsibility for you towing or deterring your ratings.
