Rocket Mapping

Dyno'd the bike in stock trim to get a base power figure, also reading afr to see fueling at different throttle position. Then flashed the ECU to smooth the upper end of the throttle map to build in throttle angle until you get what you desire up the top end of the map, so it's a smooth progressive curve to the throttle map.

Trimmed the fueling over 50% too.

Power and afr runs afterwards in order to see the gains and results

Before tune- 132.98 bhp - 185.15 torque
After tune - 160.85 bhp - 191.09 torque

Bhp gain of 27.87 at 6950rpm
Torque gain of 5.94 at 3900rpm

Red line moved from 6800 to 7200rpm???

I also believe that these figures on the slightly lower end too, as the main air jet needs to be stronger, so wasn’t getting the desired fresh air forced in.

I’ve only had in for a few days but in sport mode now, it’s a different level of crazy!

Still very easy to ride, it sounds like a jet fighter now, and even returns 43mpg when playing ;).

Happy is not the word.

I personally used Dart Motorsport located in Halland, East Sussex, for the rollout road and tune, very friendly, helpful and good price.
