At the first annual All Hands Meeting, industry leaders, legislators, economic development professionals, and faculty and students from across Iowa explored research, innovation and partnerships aimed at establishing Iowa as a leader in the worldwide transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources. A collaboration of Iowa's Regent institutions, community colleges and industry, Iowa's Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) builds research capacity and increases competitiveness in the State of Iowa through investments in infrastructure and human capital.
