As part of Aware Mental Health Week, we spoke with Dr Jennie Milnes about mental health in adolescence.

Aware Mental Health Week will take place from Monday 9th October, with World Mental Health Day, taking place on Tuesday October 10th. Our awareness campaign this year focuses on depression across the lifespan and aims to increase understanding of depression across different life stages, provide hope and empower people to reach out for support, along with providing clinical expertise to educate the public on the causes, course and consequences of depression. We have a host of content, videos and stories, alongside a webinar to mark the week. Find out more at www.aware.ie/mental-health-week-2023
