The Wieländer+Schill XPress is a pneumatic riveting machine that can rivet blind or nail rivets, blind rivets, solid or blind rivets in aluminium, stamped or self-drilling rivets, flow-form rivets or hollow rivets.
Able to reach areas with difficult access, thanks to the fact that its accessories for nail rivets allow the mouth to rotate, independently of the riveter, working ergonomically and comfortably. In addition, with the C-clamp and the PushPull accessory, it is capable of drilling holes and punching, extracting weld points even in ultra-high-strength steels.
It has an air pressure regulator that allows to control the work force of the equipment, avoiding with a correct regulation that the part to be repaired can be damaged.
