FILIPINO-STYLE LASAGNA:
Ingredients:
1 lb lasagna noodles

For meat sauce:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 large onion
7 garlic cloves
1 pack (35 oz) Filipino-style sweet spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley

For Cheese mixture:
30 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz cottage cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tbsl chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
