How to make Rasam
Ingredients

Tomato - 2 Big
Water - 1 cup
Green Chilly - 2 pcs
Tamarind - 2 tbsp (Soaked them in water for at least 15 minutes )
Whole Coriander - 1/2 tbsp
Whole Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seed- 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 small pcs
Garlic - 3 pcs
Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard seed - 2 tbsp
Small Onion - 2 pcs
Dry chilly - 2 pcs
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing – ¼ Tsp
Coriander leaf
Salt to taste
