The Domain should be on your list of places to consider when it comes to moving the North Austin area. It is Austin's second downtown and as I like to call it Uptown. I'll be talking about the fantastic shops and restaurants, things to do, where to live, whether that's an apartment in the Domain or homes for sale near by. In addition we'll look at some of the top employers located here like Amazon, Vrbo, Charles Schwab, Facebook, and more.

The Domain is a major player when it comes to jobs and entertainment but I believe this will be the next big development when it comes to real estate in Austin. With $3 billion projects like Uptown ATX near IBM's Austin campus, which will have office space, apartments, stores, hotel space, parks, trails, and one of the most exciting projects, the new MetroRail station, this area and everything that surrounds it will be in high demand.

Another cool feature of this area is that it is walkable to the Austin FC Q2 stadium where Austin the Austin FC play and is our first major league sports team. Now there's a little city team spirit for you.
