We are going to build some aluminum mini jet boats and thought it would be nice to have our own break. After a bunch of YouTube-ing this is what we came up with. Works great but because it is so long we do have some flexing issues. Break has a usable 70" deck. After a few test runs we are able to bend 5 foot of 1/8 aluminum 5052. Will see if we need to change anything over the next couple weeks. Cost was about $350 and a bunch of metal we had laying around. Took two days to build. This can be used by hand for the small stuff and air over hydraulic for the bigger stuff.
