Rainy weekend at Summit Point. Porsche 911 on Michelin PS4S but very heavy rain except for last session of the day. Last session the track was drying.
First time with C7 GS manual on track and it's awesome. I was learning the car and not pushing it very hard. Made a big mistake but luckily it was minor excursion into the gravel. Rest of the laps were passing and getting passed.
Identical lap times for the weekend. Corvette front end is much better and 911 requires more trail-braking or the rear engine will swing out. C7 has better tires Yokohama Advan AD09 and track alignment. Driving fast in the rain was a great learning experience.
