Time can change perceptions and the way a piece of art is viewed. After all, many people dismissed or ignored Vincent Van Gogh, with some concluding that his paintings were the product of an unstable loner. Now his artwork is considered stunningly beautiful.

The same can be said for movies. There are movies that get critically panned at the time of their release, but over time people’s tastes change.
