I wrote 3 pages every morning for three months straight - without missing a day and these are the 7 ways it directly changed my life.

I completed The Artist's Way - a twelve week program of recovering your inner creative. In this video I'm sharing with you what the program is and what my direct results were in completing the program. If you've never done the daily morning pages, artists dates, tasks, and weekly reflections (all part of the Artist's Way) before, or didn't make it through it yet - I hope this encourages you to try. Now that I'm a couple months off of completing the program I can see more clearly how the 12 weeks directly affected my choices and my future moving forward. I encourage anyone feeling lost, frustrated, or a little less hopeful than they would like to be to give it a go.
