The speaker brings into awareness , through examples, positive impacts of biophilic designs and its necessity. Having grown up in a mix of rural and urban infrastructure ,as well as witnessing the destructive effects of global warming on people and property, the speaker invites discussion into the need to bring biophilic designs into an industry that contributes the most to net carbon emissions. The biggest threat that humanity faces among others is definitely climate change.
Bringing small sustainable changes into the infrastructure industry can create substantial improvement in the long run.
