TAMALES RECIPE/HOW TO MAKE TAMALES RECIPE/TAMALES QUEZON
INRIDIENTS:

- For the WHITE part

1/2 kilo Rice flour
2 liters Pork or Chicken broth
1 pack Coconut powder (50gms)
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pork or chicken cubes

-For the BROWN part

1/2 kilo Rice flour
2 liters pork or Chicken broth
1 cup pork chicharon crushed
1 cup peanut butter
Onion chopped
Garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pork or chicken cubes
1 cup water
atsuete seed or powder (pakuluan saglit sa pork broth hanggang sa kumulay)

-Toppings

Cheese
Cooked Pork or Chicken
Boiled egg

Steam for 30 minutes..
