The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how to carry out an analysis of panel data (i.e., a cross-section of cases with repeated observations) using generalized estimating equations (GEE) in Stata.

The example pivots off an article by Cui (2007), which can be accessed here: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1...
https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/...

Although I give an example of how to obtain a copy of the dataset in the video, you can also obtain a copy here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uEzX...

You will still need to install the qic package to use its functions, however.

Files containing commands in video:

I have an RMarkdown document I created for a presentation on running GEE using RStudio that contains additional details you might find useful regarding GEE. You can access that document here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1blZ9...
