The ClipperCreek HCS-40P is a 32-amp non-smart charger that is available with either a NEMA 14-50 or NEMA 6-50 plug. In this video, we review all of the HCS-40P's features and finish up with our ChargerRater score and my personal rating.

We give the ClipperCreek HCS-40P a final score of 4.3 out of 5 stars, and add it to our list of recommended electric vehicle chargers. While it's not inexpensive at $589, it is a solid choice, and one of the better EV chargers available today.
