After winning a Tony for Kinky Boots, a Grammy, and an Emmy for 'Pose' - making history as the first openly gay black man to win the award - Billy isn’t slowing down as he drops his seventh studio album, 'Black Mona Lisa'. Which is on repeat in my house all day every day at the moment.

Today we talk about how this album has been 30 years in the making, and how it is a symbol of struggles and discrimination he’s had to overcome to become the legend he is.

Billy broke my heart when he cried, talking about the lessons he has learnt from having trauma therapy, finally finding love for himself, and dealing with bullying. And in true Billy fashion, he will make us laugh too as shares his love for English Rugby lads. Who can blame him!
