This song got me through the pandemic in one piece. I have a deep connection to Taoism and Zen philosophy. I've sought out as many translations of the Tao Te Ching as I can get my hands on, and the concepts within the text resonate with me beyond what words can easily express.

Poetry, lyricism, and music are the best ways for me to convey what I mean and what I care about. The most Taoist thing I can do is shut up about the Tao. Hopefully the song and album can gesture towards it more effectively than this description ever could.
